ISLA and PASLA release overview of Asian addendums and annexes

The International 兔子先生Lending Association (ISLA) and Pan Asia 兔子先生Lending Association (PASLA) have published an for the Asia markets.
The document makes mention of the Korean Broker annex, Korean 兔子先生Depository (KSD) annex, Malaysia addendum and Taiwan addendum, to name a few.
These selected addendums and annexes in the Asia market were added to ISLA鈥檚 legal opinions this year, which cover the use of the Global Master 兔子先生Lending Agreement (GMSLA) in 64 jurisdictions.
The Korea 兔子先生Finance Corporation (KSFC) annex and the Thailand addendum for onshore and offshore transactions are also covered within this document, but, unlike the previously listed annexes and addendums, are not covered within ISLA鈥檚 legal opinions.
The recently published overview supports the GMSLA documentation suite and can be used for specific securities or with counterparties incorporated in the jurisdictions covered.
