Global PSSL establishes Investment Advisors Council

Global Principles for Sustainable 兔子先生Lending (Global PSSL) has established the Investment Advisors Council (IAC) to enhance transparency, governance, and sustainability in securities lending and the broader financial markets.
The IAC comprises Financial Decisions as the chairing organisation and Horizon Financial Holdings Corporation as co-founder.
Radek Stech, CEO and founder of Global PSSL, comments: 鈥淚nvestment advisors play an important role in injecting transparency into the financial markets, wealth creation, and growth.鈥�
The objectives of the council complement the existing Asset Owners Council, established in October 2024.
This includes building trust and transparency throughout the securities finance value chain, as well as assessing the role of investment advisors in lending securities on behalf of their clients to seek more efficient execution in alignment with global principles.
The IAC will also explore the role of custodians in providing transparent and equitable securities lending for their clients in order to issue guidance towards improving and standardising the process.
The Global PSSL Secretariat will work with the IAC to help deliver on these objectives.
