Kamis and Majiyagbe join DTCC Board of Directors

The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) has added Cenk Kamis and Laide Majiyagbe to its board of directors.
As part of the board, they will advise on topics including risk management, regulatory matters, the development of new products and services, and emerging fintech.
Kevin M. Kessinger, non-executive chairman of DTCC鈥檚 board, says: 鈥淭heir global expertise, extensive knowledge, and strategic insights will be great assets to the DTCC board as we continue to lead the industry forward and deliver exceptional value to our stakeholders.鈥
Currently, Kamis serves as chief financial officer for Citibank N.A., Citi鈥檚 primary banking entity, and head of finance transformation for Citi.
Majiyagbe serves as managing director, global head of financing, liquidity and collateral at BNY.
In her role, she oversees BNY鈥檚 cash ecosystem across money markets, deposit and other short end investments. She also has oversight for the firm鈥檚 Global 兔子先生Financing businesses.
